The Process
Once a customer, getting your website updated is a snap. Simply login to your account and submit a request directly to our team. When submitting an update you can even upload images or documents, so there's no worries about email attachment issues.
Stay in the Loop
Login to view the status of all active website update requests and send us a question or comment. All information and communication is securely stored online in our database, so emails won't get lost in your inbox.
Keep Track of Time
For each update request submitted, we carefully record the time we spend. Our built-in reporting system allows you to easily see how long each request took us to complete.
No Surprise Bills
You will never receive a surprise bill from Page Maintenance.
If you reach your time limit, you can easily purchase additional hours at your plan's hourly rate, or wait until the start of your next billing cycle.
